I am a defence aspirint. Need to know if i ungergo reconstruction and able to gain my motions back..will this surgery affect the ssb medical procedure. Is it affecr my performance of my leg ?

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Kindly provide more details of d injury...acl has 4 grades of tear 1-4...go for surgery if it's grade 3-4...start with an exercise program pre and post surgery..u should be fit post 2 months of rehabilitation post surgery
