ACL and MCL tear
Mri report says acute complete tear of the mid portion of the ACL and complete tear of the distal MCL. Kindly suggest this can be healed without surgery

ACL tears never heal.. But u can survive even with torn ACL provided u compromise with ur life style by not running, jumping, dancing , playing..
MCL tear can heal partially.
