Acidity evert night
Hi.
Every time I go for a bowel movement after a few minutes I feel acidity in my stomach.
I had a blood test and my Vitamin B12 came out to be 86. And my Vitamin D is 14.52.
Can the stomach acidity be because of low vitamin B12 . What should I do.?
