Acidity and Frequent Loose Stools
I have been facing the issue of recurring acidity and frequent loose stools since a long time since 2014. Sometimes I feel like panic attack when this issue occurs, feeling like numbness in hands, weakness, bloated stomach, feeling dizzy. This symptom fade off when I go to toilet 2-3 times unless the stomach gets empty or I take Lemon water. The situation improved a lot when I started taking warm water in morning empty stomach since last 6 months but it's not eliminated. Is there any underlying cause which possibly impacting me? Doctors say just do exercise and yoga but I feel something is wrong inside. Any guidance?
