Since symptoms are persisting despite antacid use, a stronger acid-suppressive treatment such as a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) may be required under medical supervision. Lifestyle modifications are equally important: avoid spicy, oily, and acidic foods, tea/coffee, smoking, and late-night meals; eat smaller meals; maintain adequate hydration; increase dietary fiber intake; and avoid lying down for at least 2–3 hours after meals.
Next Steps
Consult a physician/gastroenterologist for evaluation and appropriate treatment. If symptoms persist despite therapy, upper GI endoscopy may be considered.

Since you have constipation for longtime ,it imbalances gastric function. So treat constipation first, your other symptoms will resolve following it. Don't take too much much antacid , it has rebound effect. If it still not get resolve consult doctor near you.
Next Steps
Stay hydrated. Have some exercise. Eat more fiber-rich foods. Avoid excessive tea, coffee, spicy foods, and late-night meals. Don't lie immediately after meal.
