Achilles Tendon tear on the right
I have an Achilles tendon tear on the right leg (above the heel) since one year. Along with resting and taking treatment of physiotherapy and medication, it hasn't healed completely. Do I need to change my footwear and also if there are any other suggestions that could help please?

If u have achillis tear and that too 1year old it need surgical reconstruction with tendon transfer
