Abscess under buttock skin
I had one painful boil on right buttock in Sep 2019,after dermatologist visit,dr. told me to apply T-Bact cream on which it got better but after 2-3 months,I have started to fell dent kind a structure with liquid in it but the outer skin is still intact. After again with 2 different Dermotologist visit doctors prescribed me Cefadroxil 500mg & Taxim-O 200mg antibiotics & Fucidin & mupinase creams for 5 days ,But no effect.Even those are physical visits to doctors,both the doctors refused to look out for the lesion in the fear of corona.Even from the clear pictures sent for online consultation did not get the accurate treatment. Please help me as I am not able to sit bacause of this issue.

You will need a direct consultation to rule out a sinus. If it was just an abscess it would have healed. Sinuses need exploration and removal of the entire track.
