Boil (Kura) in buttock region

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I am having a boil from past 2 days (Kura in Kannada) on my buttock, little away from anus. It is small until now and is little painful making it uncomfortable to sit. It is also 1 in number. I fear of it to grow big and turn more painful. I started Augmed 625 mg tablet once a day at night. I have taken only 1 tablet as of now yesterday night. Should I continue the tablet? Is antibiotic necessary ? Few friends say it is because of heat, is it the reason? Experiencing for 1 St time. Plz help.
