Hello My kido is 2.8month old . I m all ready gave him 2 bottles of (800 unit)vit d. Now I m confused shall I continue his vit d.

Vitamin d3 need to be continued till 2yrs age. 1st one year the dose is 400 units once a day and 2nd year it is  800units once a day. So you need to continue the vitamin d 3

Proud parent of a new baby . I am sure you are ready for some hard work . Expose bare body of your kid to sunlight for ten minutes a day to give him natural Vit D & several other benefits of sunlight . No need for supplements unless specific deficiencies noted by your doctor please

Daily vitamin D of 400IU, (0.5ml of the bottle you have), is needed till 2 years of age.. so keep giving it
