Hello At the age of 5.5 the kid gets a tdap shot, Do they need it again before 10 year of age , if they get any scratch??

Yes the Tdap or Td at 10-12 years and then Td every 10 years. It will be a part of normal immunisation schedule and keeps the child protected all along
