I had period in 25days circle 3days bleeding continusly...after stop and 6th day litl bleeding..what hpnd what is the reason irregulr bleeding .

It is normal, if little spotting occurred , just relax,
May be little bit hormonal fluctuations

Post menstral spotting is due to irregular shedding of endometrium. It requires no treatment and gets alright on its own.
Next Steps
If it persists for more than 3 months
1. Serum TSH
2. Ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries antral follicle count and endometrial thickness on day two of periods
3. Pap smear
