Visit nearest hospital to confirm pregnancy by Ultrasound scan. Is bleeding continue or not ? Only spotting or one episode of bleeding? It shall be evaluated

If you just missed period,and bleeding  happening means,it may be early Miscarriage. If 5   or more more weeks,visit a Gynaecologist for further care.

It could be an early miscarriage due to genetic reasons. Don't worry. Plan again after 3 months.
