About PCOD
I have 2 small follicles,found in ultrasound scan.is it consider as PCOD? Is it dangerous? I'm trying for pregnancy. If it's PCOD problem, is it curable?

Just 2 small follicles will not make an PCOD.
Also PCOD( now correctly called PCO Syndrome) is not a disease, but a group of signs and symptoms.
Mainly caused due to improper lifestyle.
It can be reversed with proper active lifestyle, balanced diet, exercise and maintaining body weight in normal BMI .
It affects chances of getting pregnant if the harmonal balanace is too disturbed.

The diagnosis of pcos is if the ovarian volume is more than 10cc
Pcos is not curable
The only treatment is to exercise n maintain a healthy bmi
It will not interfere with ur chances of pregnancy if ur not overweight n ur periods are regular
