About NT scan
I am 19 weeks pregnant now . NT scan done at at 14 weeks, everything was good. My doctor recommended me to go at 20 weeks for NT scan again, because last year in may 2023 when I was pregnant at 14 weeks at that time during NT scan it was found that baby was suffering from birth defects. So abortion was done. I want to know that if now scan is okay, then no need to worry now??

Scan can only tell how the baby has formed till that point of time. The previous birth defects that happened may or may not recur in every pregnancy. You can consult to discuss regarding the current pregnancy , chances of having any issue and the tests required.
