If my appetite is back after a Fever of around 2 to 3 days then, is it likely to go away instantly after some time ?

It's normal to have loss of appetite after sickness and I would recommend you to start with  light food like khichdi or daliya , juices, fruits and vegetables and do take multivitamins for a course of a month.
