My Wife Dont want pregnancy, On emergency times, I Heard about Ipill. My wife had Tyroid problem with irregular periods. My wife can use Ipill or unwanted 72 if any emergency intercourse happen. can she use the tablet, to avoid pregancy ? Any side effects because of the thyroid and using that tablet? Please Give me the answer and and about Using Ipill or Unwanted 72

Usually we do not recommend use of ipills I'm any case who have a pre-existing problem of irregular periods and thyroid as u can understand urself that the ipills are harmonal Medicines,which can further cause imbalance in harmones and leave a long term impact on menstrual cycle and fertlity,hence avoid it .Is she not taking medications to regularise her periods ,if not she better take that first .
