About food plan
My son is 19 months old. He drink aavin milk at night in sleep 11'o clock and morning 6'o clock also in sleep. Is it fine to drink milk like that. He is not eating well. He wake up at 8 and after sometime he had breakfast. Then nearly 11 r 12 sattumavu. At 2 lunch. At 6 milk and at 8 dinner. He went to sleep between 9 to 10. Before night sleep he have 2 times 1hr nap. My worry is he is not eating well. He avoid food. He drink sattumavu and milk well. What shoud i do to make him eat well. Any changes i had to made. Is giving milk during sleeping is fine. Please suggest me any changes i had to made and make him eat well.

Stop that habit of giving milk in sleep. It's not good. Any regarding the number of times you feeding him now, is adequate. During this age they will be not interested in food. But be behind them and some how make them eat. don't give him too much milk, her won't take solid food then. Limit it to max 300ml per day.
