About Fatty Liver
Sir I m 29 years old, currently after doing USG I have found that my liver size is increased.i.e.14.7 cm Though I have drink alcohol ,basically beer but after that I have decided to quit and alreday 10 days over. I have also change my diet safely.. I exercise daily twice ..30 minutes . Is it possible to get rid from the disease I have done My LFT test Billirubin -0.94 Direct Billirubin -0.47 SGOT-37.58 SGPT-54.38 Alcaline phosphate -307.2 Total Protein -8.43 Albumin 4.34 Blood Sugar -85.7 Plz guide me what should I do.

Please have patience. 10 days is hardly a significant period in the life of an individual for the reversal of fatty changes in the liver. Apparently you might have started your exercise 10 days earlier. So may be the case with your diet changes. The only good thing in your reports is that your liver function tests are good.

Fatty liver is reversible with strict diet modification avoiding alcohol , fatty oily foods.Adequate water consumption Physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day to reduce the weight is very continue with your present diet and exercise routine.Your liver function test values are alright.Repeat the ultrasound scan and liver function tests after 6 months to compare.

Relax , parameters are upto normal.  Continue exercise and avoid alcohol.  Relax.  Plenty if fruits and fluids
