Hi. Ideally history and clinical examination will be needed for diagnosis.
Answering your question Xray doesn't show any obvious abnormalities which you should be worried about.
Also with clinical examination if there is something to be worried.. then we will order 2d echo/ aortogram usually.

I understand u r anxious as u saw something bad happen for ur friend and naturally ur worried about having the same problem.its extremely unlikely for u to have that same problem as ur friend.In this xray we would not be able to diagnose dilatation or aneurysm.
