It spread by droplets so if without mask and talking droplets may enter in body if any body positive you may get corona. So mask necessary
Second during and returning home keep hands away from face and in no case you should touch your face
And wash with sanitizer or soap water at home
Sanitize good bring by you with salt water soda water soap sanitizer and better keep in sunlight for few hours then use
Frequent wash hands
Keep shoes if possible out side door of home and wash clothes if any suspicious touch in market thx

Sanitizing shouldn't be thought of as a vaccine...with use of sanitizer if you neglect social isolation and neglect other advices you are at risk of Covid-19
Next Steps
Maintain lockdown rules Social isolation rules that's the best prevention at this stage of community spread
It's a droplet infection and yes therefore its utmost important to maintain distance until and unless necessary
But yes one can't stop the essential things and just by taking the precautions you can tackle it
