About breastfeeding
Hi My child is 2 year and 1 month old .I thought of stopping breast feeding .can u suggest whether my decision is good or not because I am in a confusion whether to stop or not as he is reduced taking solid food and more dependent on breastmilk. Thanks

Try to decrease frequency of breast feeds and increase amount of solid foods...it is okay to decrease and stop breastfeeding after 2 years

Yes, you can stop breastfeeding. WHO recommends breastfeeding till the age of 2 years. Beyond that, you can wean the baby off and put him on well rounded solid diet.
