About baby movement
I am 23 weeks 3 days pregnant.I can't feel any baby movement but while sleeping at night I can feel pulsating left side , sometimes right side in the lower abdomen. My anomaly scan and fetal echo in 21 week 4 days are both ok.My abdomen becomes tighter. The pulsating is baby movement?

It's  the blood vessels(aorta) pulsation that you are feeling. Baby movements will become stronger in another 1 month. The tightning of abdomen is braxron hicks which is normal. Change your position, stay hydrated.. if pain is coming at regular intervals for hours ,or increases see your Obstetrician .

Hello, the pulsating may be your veins/arteries in abdomen . Baby movements are felt like bubbles or flutter at this stage . You will be able to appreciate it more after 1-2 weeks.

You should get the foetal heart checked weekly by a Gynaecologist. Apparently there is nothing wrong with your pregnancy. You just can't appreciate the foetal movements

You will feel the adequate movements after 28weeks of gestation. At present concentrate on adequate intake of fluids, green leafy vegetables. This will help build up your hemoglobin. And having mild contractions are called Braxton hicks contractions which are normal. Need not worry
Next Steps
Sleep on your left lateral position and keep feeling the movements of the baby

At this stage the baby movements might not be well evident as fetus is still small to have evident movements.if your placenta is anterior then you might have less movement perceived. Minimal cramps is physiological nothing to worry

You are 23 weeks 3 days pregnant and feeling pulsations in the lower abdomen, wondering if it's baby movement. - The pulsating sensation could be baby movements (quickening) or possibly your own abdominal aorta pulsations. - At 23 weeks, some women start feeling fetal movements, often subtle. - Your recent anomaly scan and fetal echo were normal, which is reassuring.

Your reports are reassuring. At this stage, not clearly feeling baby movements can still be normal. Movements will become more obvious over the next 1–2 weeks. Please don’t worry and review immediately in a nearby hospital if you have pain, bleeding, or still don’t feel movements after 26 weeks. The pulsating sensation felt on one side is more likely maternal blood vessels or muscle twitching, not typical fetal movements. Baby movements are usually felt as fluttering, rolling, or kicks, not rhythmic pulsations.
Next Steps
Take adequate fluids , rest in left lateral position .
