Anti glare glasses cannot protect your eyes from dust but they are useful for driving at night to reduce glare. They do not have any side effects and you can use them for add long as you want. They don't protect you from dark circles. You need to get a good 8 hours of sleep daily and drink a lot of water to get rid of dark circles.
Hello,, I went through your query, antiglare lens could not protect you from dust while riding, but riding goggles with polarised lens will help, and in night, antiglare will help. . And you can't use your riding goggles in front of computer, there are eye glasses which are specially available for computer users in the market you can but that while working in front of computer. And zero power glasses doesn't decrease your dark circles. Some times may increase.
