do you wish to continue this pregnancy ?if yes consult your obgyn and one dose is not sufficient for abortion and you need to wait till you can do TIFFA scan. if you dnt wish to continue also you need to consult the doctor cause MTP is legal and self medication is strictly not advisable

At 18th week can get a TIFFA scan ie Targeted Radio Imagaging For Fetal Anomalies. No preparation as such just like a normal scan. It would show any anomalies  external and also internal organs and ammniotic fluid levels. Meet your gynaecogist.

If u have changed your mind now , you want to continue this pregnancy. Good news for u- only 1 dose of mifepristine is not enough to abort 4 month pregnancy. Bad news for u- this drug might affect your baby's development.
Next Steps
all you can do is wait till 5th month of pregnancy. get TIFFA( LEVEL 2 SCAN) done between 18-20 weeks .
Health Tips
the above mentioned scan will let u know if development of your baby is normal or not. so for now, stay calm. thank you
