Abortion options
I had a silent miscarriage around 2 weeks back. I had an ultrasound on 30April which showed proper growth and heartbeat(ultrasound report attached).4 days back again I had an ultrasound which showed no growth and no heart beat. Again same thing in yesterday's ultrasound. Please suggest better way of abortion - medicine or get it removed at hospital. Which is better and less risky to health and future pregnancy. All reports are attached.

The options of both medical and surgical along with the benefits or cons of both methods should be discussed and your hemoglobin status and viral markers should be checked and then it should be decided by you

6 weeks 6days missed abortion on scan: Medical termination with pills can be done upto 7 weeks. U r 6 weeks 6 days so u can go for tablets. Complications: With tablets there are chances of incomplete abortion. Solution for incomplete abortion: Dilatation and Evacuation under anesthesia in the hospital. So finally What to do??? Try with tablets 1st. If it goes to incomplete then go for D&E
