You should not take self medications because there will be no guarantee for complete expulsion of fetus,and if the fetus is developing in fallopian tubes you can rupture of the tubes....ultrasound helps to confirm abdominal pregnancy and complete abortion,retained product may cause sepsis and hemorrhage....regarding cost it may cost up to 2k including medication...Consult nearest gynecologists they will do the needful.

Rates For pill and consultation and sonography vary from doctor to doctor and from city to villages.
Abortion pill can be safely used till 40 days after last period. I.e roughly 7 weeks.
You need to seek a gynecologist to ascertain your pregnancy. A sonography is advised and some blood tests are done.
Uf the doctor decides to give you the abortion pills, doctor will ensure that you take them orally in the clinic in his presence.
After taking pills some ladies experience bleeding like geavy menses and this may last from few hours to days.
If bleeding is excess you will need to see the gynecologist asap.
15 days after consumption of pill, a repeat sonography is done to see whether abortion has been complete or not.
If not complete or if bleeding is in excess doctor may also go for abortion under anesthesia which is a half day admission.

What is the week of your pregnancy?
You should not take such pills yourself. You should better consult a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
Also, if pregnancy is within 7 weeks, it can be treated medically. If it is more than 7 weeks, surgical procedure might be required.

Hi. Abortion is medico legal. So for all we need to inform govt. Your name will not mentioned but on the name of xyz , you will get medicine. The pregnancy can be terminated till 7 wks by medicine and need to do ultrasound prior to it .
For all you need to visit gynaecologist.
