I am 12 weeks pregnant and want to terminate my pregnancy by oral pills. Is it safe to abort by pills at 3 month of pregnancy ????

its not at all safe..
after 9 weeks pregnancy termination has to b done only after admission to a hospital and usually needs surgical evacuation.
