Hello , i am 25 yrs and unmarried . About almost 4 weeks Pregnant (considering my first day of last menstruation) . My fiance and I have decided we want to go ahead with abortion and keep it confidential from my family . Is there any laws that go against abortion for an unmarried female ?

Indian laws are liberal regarding abortion.
It is legal to abort the baby with the consent of the woman bearing the child only.
No need of consent of partner.
