Abnormal ECG. 78kg. height 5. 9ft!

I visited clinic today to consult doctor for my grandmother illness but inside clinic i suddenly felt giddiness and sweating. Doctor immediately asked me to take up ECG and Tropnin T test. troponinT range is normal but ECG sign waves has some issue but doctor confirmed it is normal only no need to worry. In ECG report it is printed like 1. second or third degree av block 2. Ventricular premature complex ES 3. NON SPECIFIC ST-T Abnormality (Elevation) I am attaching both the reports. Kindly confirm if ECG report is normal or not. I am regularly doing gym workout from 5 years. And resting heart rate is between 50-58. And I am very strict in my diet also. Non alcoholic and non somker. Weight is also in normal 78kg. Height 5.9ft
