Abnormal ECG
Has bypass done on 2021, on medication for diabetes and rosuva gold and prolomet xl. During regular check ups ECG findings show t wave abnormalities. This time it says poor r wave progression. Anterolateral st t abnormalities No physical symptoms. Is this of concern?

Please correlate with the old ECG. If there are no fresh changes and if pt is asymptomatic then no need of worry. Per se I don't see any acute changes.
