Abnormal ecg
Ecg show abnormal r wave progression.. can it be cinsidered normal ecg.. symptomatically I feel slight breathlessness if i climb 2-3 stairs.. need help

Poor R wave progression is nonspecific finding.u should do detailed evaluation if u feel discomfort in the chest whiledoing any activity/work..CXR, ECHO and stress test will b the basic investigations..to rule out cardiac issues causing breathlessness..
