Can you pls help to understand the echo and ecg. My grandmother is having chest pain since morning. Attached report for reference

You should not was time , get quantitative trop t done , i  also recommend to visit interventional cardiologist, she needs further investigations , ECG AND ECHO CAN BE NORMAL IN PATIENT OF UNSTABLE ANGINA , SO NOT RELIABLE ENOUGH

ECG and Echo are normal. Her pain and other risk factors should be analysed to decide if she needs further evaluation.
