Abnormal blood test
I was feeling weakness, burning after toilet and sleepy. Done all test. Attaching the report. Please suggest my private part feels numb. I can't control urination. Also feeling hesitant while urination or toilet.

Triglycerides are high. Avoid fatty,  sugary food,  take more of fresh green vegetables,  fruits. Take  Atorvastatin 10mg one after dinner for 4 weeks, then repeat lipid profile. For urine problem,  consult urologist physically

your B12 and Vit D is low. you need tab methylcobalamine1500 with inj methylcobal once a week total 8 dose with vit D3 once a week investigation- urine R/M and C/S CBC take empirically - tab ciproflox 500 subah sham syp urine alkaliniser 1-1-1 tab Phenazopyridine 200 1-1 cap pantop D -1- ⁉️ consult for more detail get well soon
