Coughing at the time of toilet
My father is a fat person and he has been coughing regularly at the time of toilet. Is it normal or abnormal ?

Does he have any other diseases related to heart, BP, Diabetes....?? Is his cough only while he strains in rest room or any kind of exertion like walking, Climbing stairs .... Is the cough....dry cough or associated with sputum production...?? Does he have breathing difficulty or fever

if he has cough along with breathlessness, he needs further evaluation ....
