I had c section on 8th Nov. wanted to ask -How do I use abdominal support belt?
1. Exactly on the stitches
2.OR away /above stitches where belt will not touch the stitches?

No...avoid use of an abdominal belt makes abdomen flabby
Used only if u hv had more than 2 abdominal surgeries
Or it was a midline vertical incision

U shud use , so that the stitch cum in midway , sum belt above it , sum.below it , .
U wil hv belt on the upper part of bum on the back n lower part of abdomen in front
