Given your symptoms, including back and stomach pain that worsens with movement and a recent history of fever, it's essential to consider a few possibilities. Post-fever body aches can be common, but persistent pain, especially when bending or moving, may indicate an underlying issue such as muscular strain or even gastrointestinal inflammation. Sometimes, certain viral fevers can lead to muscle inflammation, causing such discomfort. Since this has been going on for a while and involves both back and abdominal areas, it might be best to investigate further. I suggest consulting with me for a comprehensive evaluation to determine the exact cause and appropriate treatment. For post-viral myalgia, try these home remedies: rest, hydration, warm baths, gentle stretching, heat or cold therapy, over-the-counter pain relievers (acetaminophen or ibuprofen), herbal teas (ginger, turmeric, peppermint), magnesium and vitamin B12 supplements, and apply arnica or capsaicin topical creams. Additional tips: - Prioritize sleep (8-10 hours) - Practice stress-reducing techniques (meditation, deep breathing) - Engage in gentle exercises (yoga, walking) - Avoid strenuous activities - Maintain a balanced diet
