Abdominal pain
I was diagnosed with abdominal t.b in Aug 2019 through CT scan (due to severe stomach pain) but even after 4.5 months of medication I still face abdominal pain now and then .in December 2019 I was admitted to hospital due to severe abdominal pain.injection such as buscopan does not work at all.my doc ( t.b spaicalist) says that  due to t.b, my whole stomach is weak and unable to digest complex food (non veg, spices, any kind of oil, etc) other then simple food ( daal, green veg ,dahi etc).but my gastroenterologist says that it should not happen after that much of medication and there must be some other reason. All my test including kft, lever, etc are normal. Please suggest me if is it normal to face pain in stomach after medication or it may be another underlying stomach issue.

Abdominal pain can continue bin tuberculosis even after treatment because of changes in Intestines. Some structures etc and other POSSIBILITIES have to be ruled out.
