Abdominal pain even 1yr after c-section
I had c section 1 year ago . I still feel pain sometimes in abdomen (not near outer stich )(maybe internal incision ?)when I do heavy lifting , walking, or if there's any strain on stomach . But the pain isn't noticeable when I don't do any work at all . But the pain sometimes its a lot n sometimes just barely there

You feel pain only after exertion. That means for your body it is unaccustomed exertion. You should consult with a Gynaecologist in your area to exclude any obvious cause for pain You should start with some mild Abdominal exercises to tone up Abdominal muscles . Take Calcium with Vit D3 tablets, Multivitamin Capsules.

After one year the stitches hv healed well Other reasons need to be investigated n treated Get an ultrasound done
