Abdominal cramp and right back pain
Abdominal cramp and sometimes right side middle back pain. Bitter taste. Right renal stone Having stool 2-3 times a day. Is it related to pancreas or any digestive issue???

Bitter taste in your mouth is mainly due to your lax LES which is nothing but a loose valve between your food pipe and stomach do not eat heavy meals and try to avoid non-vegetarian food you have a small renal calculi which would usually pass out while passing urine kindly take more intake of water.
