Abdominal burning nd pain
I have severe abdominal burning all day since 7 days nd pain in middle abdomen i have taken alcohal before than burning start while taking alcohal nd fatty food..i have hpylori infection also taking medicine but getting no relief till now nd gas in abdomen nd more.gas passes burning start in evening more..please help i have done ultrasound

Hello, the ultrasound report which you have uploaded is not clear.
But you have H.pylori infection and gastritis.
I would advise you to stay away from alcohol and fatty food and take proper medication for infection and gastritis.

avoid spicy food
avoid alcohol
avoid smoking
avoid fatty food
take bland diet
take timely diet, small quantities , 6 times a day
plenty of oral fluids.
