Abdominal bloating

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I feel bloated in stomach area. Have stomach upset for last 3/4 days. Having difficulty in passing the gas. Sometimes my lower abdomen feels pressure n little pain. Occasionally my left testical pains as well. When i pass a stool or gas i get relief from pain, Due to this i feel i have foul mouth smell. Pls help
