Abdomen Scan report
Hello doctor My mother is 47 years old and she is in the period of menopause past few months she s having period issues with heavy bleeding by after using tablet temperorely it reduced for that month. But this month she is having very heavy bleeding past 15-20 days and even tablet did not work this time. And we checked with a doctor and he said to take few tests and scan today . I have attached it with this please check and advise what the report says and it's severity. And what advise u give at this time to get rid of this problem. Thanks in advance..

its not menopause,  better to get endometrial biopsy

As she is 47 years please she requires  DDand C done and subject tissue for biopsy to rule out endometrial cancer and if ruled out only hormonal imbalance found you can go for LNG IUS

According to her ultrasound report, she is not in menopausal phase. Heavy bleeding might be because of hormonal disturbance, she needs hormone therapy after endometrial biopsy.

She needs a hysteroscopy and biopsy as endometrium it lining if the uterus is showing abnormal growth

D and C is the treatment for heavy bleeding as bleeding will stop after it. Medication after biopsy of uterine lining. Take Thyroid test early morning fasting levels Do a complete blood count Syrup Dexorange two spoons three times a day for three months Take Electrol powder sachet twice a day for a week
