Abdomen and Liver inflamation
I have problem of abdomen fullness/ right side abdomen dull throbbing pain/ constipation/tiredness /Dark urine /unable to concentrate on work.
I am alcoholic and will intake every weekend.
please suggest on on what could be the issues and which doctor to reach.

On the basis of your report you should take precaution and change your life style...
Like ..
Don't take more spicy and fatty food.
Take sufficient amount of water 4-5 litre per day .
If you will do that then definitely all above symptom will reduce and end one day completely.
