It is posterior capsule opacity known as pco ,,it happens only once after lens implantation , please get yag laser capsulotomy , you will regain your previous vision ,it is hardly one minute procedure .

Hello, Its better get it checked how much is it affecting your vision because of thin layer. If it is required then you can go ahead with YAG LASER CAPSULOTOMY. Its an opd procedure.
