A small lump
I have a small lump at the end of my penis.. It was very small 7month back.. Now I feel like it is growing..whether I need to get operated now itself... Kindly give me clear reply.

If there is lump at tip of penis, it has to be evaluated properly, because there is possibility of penile cancer. You need to do some tests to rule out the possibility of cancer. Please consult me privately for more information.
