Hello, I have undergone through HRCT scan in april 2021 during the Covid illness. My HRCT lung scan have noted a small ill defined nodule in the superior segment of right lower lobe. Is it recommended to have a follow up HRCT scan now or in coming months to see its status. Please suggest. Thanks in advance. My age is 33, male.

If you have any symptoms right now can repeat CT,if nodule is less than a centimetre size if it is ill defined it could be post infection related,if you have any smoking history and you want to follow up,you can get a low dose CT chest after six months from first CT chest date for further follow up
