Till then, the only conservative suggestion that can be given is to maintain good oral hygiene including cleaning of the tongue with your toothbrush only and avoiding the use of tongue cleaners.
Maintaining a good level of hydration and using antiseptic mouthwashes containing chlorhexidine gluconate twice a day will be recommended.
