A mass in left lower abdomen
Please help me for treating my problem.i did mri .I am uploading my film report.In MRI , interpretation is given as broad ligament fibroid /ovaral fibroid/fibrothecoma with size 32mm x 33 mm .I am having heaviness and burnig over left lower abdomen and sometimes  that mass is palpable.please help me for treating my problem
