I have had a root canal and crown fitted in it 2days before...Today i saw a blue spot in the crown what could be the reaon

Mostly there is Nothing to worry about.. The bite paper was of blue colour by help of which the minor adjustments were done during crown placement Trace of that is left behind. Rub a clean cotton over that, it will get rubbed off. Although I would suggest you to post a pic to confirm my assumption.
