  4. 8 month baby. Make him eat. plz help!

Hello, I have 8month baby .he does not eat food which is not sweet.hence I'm force feeding him by holding his cheeks to open his mouth and feed when he opens it. What shall i do. To make him eat. Force feeding is not good.but i don't know how else i can make him eat.plz help!!!
